The neighborhood

The villa is located in the most exclusive residential area of Dubrovnik, a couple of minutes walking distance from Dubrovnik’s historical city center and the Stradun with all its rich offer of cafes, bars and restaurants. It is 11 miles from Dubrovnik International Airport and 43 miles from Tivat International Airport.

Other things to note

The South-West facing double bedroom can be converted into a two single bed format.
The inner fire place is not to be used in the summer period because of fire and safety regulations.
The attic of the Villa, which is non-rentable and has its own separate access, might occasional be occupied by the Villa’s owner.
The house is not wheelchair accessible.
The house is accessed by stairs.
